Listen and practice.

The Chinese invented the tading toothbrush about 600 years ago. They used hairs from the Siberian wild pig to make the brush. Bamboo or bone was used for the handle. European travellers brought toothbrushes back from China. But they did not like the feel of the pig hairs. So they used horse or cow hairs instead. In modern times, most toothbrushes are made of nylon. But the purpose is the same: to keep your teeth clean. That way, you will grow up with strong healthy teeth.
